Steps to enter data and information for a new patient:

  1. Log in to your CloudHealth account.

  2. Once logged in, navigate to the patient management section.

  3. Look for an option such as "Add New Patient" or "Create New Patient" and click on it.

  4. You will be directed to a form where you can enter the patient's details, including personal information, medical history, and any other relevant data.

  5. Fill in the required fields with accurate information. This may include the patient's name, date of birth, contact details, insurance information, medical conditions, medications, allergies, etc.

  6. Double-check the entered information to ensure accuracy and completeness.

  7. Once all necessary information is entered, click on the "Save" or "Submit" button to store the patient's data in the system.

  8. Optionally, you may also be able to print or save a copy of the patient's record for your records or for sharing with other healthcare providers, depending on the features of the system.

  9. Repeat the process for adding additional new patients as needed.
